Ingredients
Flesh of 2 medium or 3 small avocados (ripe)
⅓ cup Maple syrup
½ cup Cocoa powder
¼ cup plant-based milk
¼ cup Coconut cream
1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place avocados, maple syrup, plant-based milk, coconut cream, vanilla essence in blender. Blend well until mixture smooth
Scoop into small bowls. Chill in fridge 30mins.
Optional: serve with strawberries/ raspberries, grated dark chocolate and plant-based cream.
