Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • Flesh of 2 medium or 3 small avocados (ripe)
  • ⅓ cup Maple syrup
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup Coconut cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place avocados, maple syrup, plant-based milk, coconut cream, vanilla essence in blender. Blend well until mixture smooth
  • Scoop into small bowls. Chill in fridge 30mins.
  • Optional: serve with strawberries/ raspberries, grated dark chocolate and plant-based cream.
