3tablespoonMaple syrup
1teaspoonVanilla extract
1tablespoonChia Seeds
Sliced bananasOptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender. Blend until mixture is smooth serve in jars or bowls.
Optional: Place extra chopped strawberries at bottom of jars. Pour some of the blended oats mixture over strawberries. Add sliced bananas. Pour more oat and add extra coconut yoghurt and chopped strawberries. Enjoy!
