Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Rolled oats
  • Handful raw macadamia nuts Around 10-15 nuts
  • Handful raw cashews Around 10-15 nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 ½ cups water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to high speed blender.
  • Blend well until the mixture is smooth and creamy (at least 1min).
  • Strain the nut milk using a nut milk bag, fine mesh strainer, or cheesecloth. Use a spoon to gently press the mixture to extract as much milk as possible.
  • Pour your freshly made nut milk into a glass container or bottle and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Be sure to shake the milk before each use, as homemade nut milk tends to separate naturally.
