These creamy and nourishing Strawberry Blended Oats are like having a smooth strawberry cheesecake for breakfast! This easy-to-make recipe combines the wholesomeness of oats with the natural sweetness of strawberries, and a touch of sweetness from maple syrup. Coconut yoghurt adds a smooth, creamy texture while boosting the dish with probiotics and healthy fats.

Ingredients
- Oats– Rolled, quick or gluten-free oats can both be used in this recipe.
- Almond milk– I used almond milk this time but oat, or soy milk would also work. Or you can make your own by like my homemade nut milk recipe!
- Coconut yoghurt– Coconut yoghurt is typically thick and creamy, which enhances the texture of the Strawberry Blended Oats, making them more indulgent without being too heavy. You can use soy or almond yoghurt if preferred (ensure it is plain yoghurt not flavoured).
- Fresh strawberries-This time I used fresh strawberries but I have also tried fresh raspberries and it was just as nice! You could also try other fruits like mango or blueberries.
- Maple syrup-I prefer my oats slightly sweeter so I added maple syrup in this recipes, but you omit this if you prefer a lower-sugar option. Agave syrup or date syrup are other options but it will change the flavour slightly.
- Vanilla extract– Adding vanilla extract gives the oats a warm, aromatic note. It’s optional but highly recommended.
- Chia Seeds– I love adding chia seeds to my oats as they are one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3s, and are a complete source of protein for vegans! You can omit these if you don’t have them.
