Hi, I’m Tanya! Welcome to The Cozy Vegan Kitchen. After making the switch to a vegan lifestyle around ten years ago, I have been on a mission to create the yummiest dishes that even my meat- and dairy-eating friends enjoy (and often prefer!). When I’m not working as a nurse or running down one of the beautiful local beaches here in Australia, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, attempting to make the most delicious vegan dishes at home. Sometimes this means failing (oops!), starting from scratch, and recreating all over again. Veganizing popular dishes can sometimes take practice and imagination, but it is my promise to you that I will post the best tried-and-tested recipes I have found. Whether you’re curious about going vegan or have already embraced plant-based living, my hope is that these recipes inspire you to experiment with more veggie-based recipes!
